Work Package 1: Project Management

Main Objective of the Work Package:

A smooth planning and leading of the planned activities is the aim of this work package. During the project's lifespan monitoring techniques with a Quality Assurance Plan which includes quality monitoring and evaluation through progress and reporting by each partner, and the production of a Quality Assurance Report every six Months are implemented. All documents and activities are systematically peer-reviewed by all other project partners to ensure a consistent level of quality throughout the project.

The main activities of this Work Package - led by Berlink, are:

  • Creation and maintenance of an online internal area and communication platform, comprising file-sharing and online calendar as an interactive space in which partners have reliable, transparent information on progress, enabling informal peer-monitoring;
  • Organisation of monthly SC meetings (online communication platform);
  • Organisation of monthly WP/WG meeting
  • Organisation of 3 Transnational Meetings;
  • Financial Management
  • Monitoring and risk management


OUTPUT

Implementation of a Sustainability Plan.

Work Package 2: Methodological framework and Policies & Practices Toolbox

Main Objective of the Work Package: Development of a Methodological Framework and a Policies-and-Practices-Toolbox on burnout support activities, to understand the relevance of wellness at work for individuals and organisations.

Profile of participants & target:

  • Workers who have experienced burnout and are in long-term unemployment, or have been re-integrated in the job market
  • Employers having experienced cases of employers’ burnout and/or are interested in securing sustainable wellness for their employees
  • Career consultants, staff from job centres
  • Local authorities
  • Academia representatives

The main activities of this Work Package:

1. Research activities at EU level - led by PFE, containing

  • An EU level overview of state-of-the-art report on burnout and related policies #
  • Approx. 15 interviews with relevant experts at EU level

2. Country case studies - led by VAEV, containing

  • 6 country case studies (addressing each of the partners’ countries) providing in-depth analysis state-of-the-art on burnout in these countries, and existing best practices
  • Approx. 36 interviews (about 6 per country) on country case studies and best practices
  • 18 best practices on tools and activities to support market re-integration of workforce having experienced burnout and in long-term employment and to support employers in securing sustainable wellness for their employees

3. Development of methodological framework - led by ImpactHub, containing

  • A Methodological Framework including a set of learning objectives and outcomes on the face of needed skills

4. Design and publication of the Toolbox - led by Axonforce, containing

  • A Policy and Practices Toolbox, including 18 Good Practices

OUTPUT

A Policies and Practices Toolbox, including 18 Good Practices

This toolbox contains a set of theoretical and practical insights on the factors leading to burnout in workers and on what policies and tools can be leveraged for developing the soft skills necessary to overcome this condition. It sheds light on what can be done to support employers in creating a sustainable workplace through a different management approach and practices. Additionally, the toolbox provides relevant information on the broader policies that can be implemented with support of public sector organisations and other relevant stakeholders.

Work Package 3: 360° Curriculum and Mentoring Activities

Main Objective of the Work Package: The 360° Curriculum as the handbook provide a set of interactive and adaptable learning materials targeting

  1. workers having suffered burnout and being in long-term unemployment to acquire the soft skills, motivation and self-assurance necessary to re-enter the job market and to identify early signals of burnout for the future as well as 
  2. employers who want to elaborate on a healthier work experience.

The Mentoring programme will provide examples of experiences with burnout and ways to overcome it, help participants in developing skills based on their specific needs and contexts as well as on how to re-enter the job market identifying better conditions.

  • Workers who have experienced burnout and are in long-term unemployment, or have been re-integrated in the job market
  • Employers having experienced cases of employers’ burnout and/or are interested in securing sustainable wellness for their employees
  • Career consultants, staff from job centres, HR staff (among mentors)

The main activities of this Work Package: 

1. Development of 360°Curriculum - led by Rightchallenge, containing:

  • A 360°Curriculum on how to create a healthier workplace environment and re-enter the job market after burnout and longer-term unemployment. 

2. Development of two Handbooks - led by VAEV, containing:

  • A practical, online Handbook for workers and an online Handbook for employers

3. Testing and finalisation of the handbooks - led by PFE, containing

  • Approx. 15 mentors revising and providing feedback on the 360 Curriculum and Handbooks 

4. Designing and activating mentoring activities - led by ImpactHub, containing

  • Approx. 30 mentors providing their experience and supporting the mentoring. Access to mentoring will be provided via the MOOC platform (Work Package 4). 

OUTPUT

Two online Handbooks - one for workers and one for employers, based on a 360°Curriculum

It wants workers to be able to identify early signals of burnout as well as to acquire the soft skills, motivation and self-assurance necessary to reenter the job market. For the employers it wants to enable them to identify early signals on burnout in their workforce and to create a healthier work environment. The handbooks focus on practical examples e.g. the identification of early signals on burnout, activation of soft skills, how to recuperate motivation and self-confidence as well as HR practices creating a better working environment. Both handbooks include materials such as assessment quizzes, set of activities as well as case studies.

Work Package 4: MOOC Platform with e-learning modules, mini-Job Fairs 


Main Objective of the Work Package: To set-up and maintain the project MOOC platform, which will provide access to the resources created by the project. It will also host the (virtual) exchanges with the community of mentors. Moreover the WP contains the set-up and organisation of final mini job-fairs in each of the countries participating, in occasion of the final conferences and meet-up events, providing guidance to individuals in finding new employment under less stressful working conditions.

Package: 

1. Architecture, functionalities and layout of MOOC platform and E-learning modules - led by Axonforce, containing:

  • An e-learning MOOC platform (in English language and translated in project countries languages)

2. User testing and finalisation of the MOOC platform and e-learning modules - led by Square Dot Team, containing:

  • A detailed methodology for user testing and finalization of e-learning modules 
  • Approx. 9 employers and 30 workers will test the platform and e-learning modules

3. Organisation of mini-job fairs - led by VAEV, containing

  • Approx. 74 employers and job centres, 180 workers, 50 staff from job centres and local authorities will participate in the mini Job Fairs in each partner country

OUTPUT

A MOOC-Plattform based on a 360° curriculum, including mentoring activities 

The e-learning MOOC platform provides access to projects' materials, e-learning modules and mentors' support for workers as well as employers facing the issue of burnout personally or within their companies. The implemented mentoring activities will help participants to develop skills based on their specific needs and contexts to re-enter the job market. It has an added value for local authorities, training and learning centres and other organisations who want to embed the created materials in their inclusion efforts.

Mini-Job Fairs in each partners country 

They actively support workers victims of burnout to re-enter the labour market favouring the direct encounter with employers and job support services promoting healthier work environments.The job-fairs help in finding new employment under less stressful working conditions. All in all approximately 180 workers, 74 employers and 50 staff workers from job centres and local authorities are participating in the mini Job Fairs.

Work Package 5: Dissemination and Exploitation

Dissemination supposes reaching as many potential beneficiaries as possible and gaining their interest in the project. This is an ongoing activity throughout the project.

Main Objective of the Work Package:

Among the objectives of this workpage we can identify:

  • Analyse the target group and their preferences and indicate specific objectives and steps to be done
  • Create networks
  • Develop branding and key marketing messages
  • Monitor the outreach of the developed materials
  • Identify relevant target audiences, stakeholders, and relevant networks and project
  • Announce officially the finalized project results through distribution to the social media and the project website
  • Introduce the learning resources and the networking possibility to workers and employers and increase the understanding of the benefits of the importance of wellness at work at local, national, EU level.

The main activities of this Work Package - led by Berlink ETN GmbH, are:

1. Development of Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

  • A detailed version of the dissemination in order to help the communication and dissemination process

2. Design of the project ID and website

  • Visual image of the project, promotional materials to engage our target group

3. Creation of Social Media Profiles and publishing content

  • Social media profiles (Facebook and LinkedIn), actively publishing posts related to the project on these channels. Additionally a meeting with stakeholders.

4. Production of dissemination reports

  • In total 4 dissemination reports, monitoring of dissemination activities

5. Development and updating of a stakeholders list

  • stakeholder database to be continuously updated

6. Development of 4 Project Newsletters

  • 3 newsletters in regards the finalization of the project results and 1 with the end of the project, translated in project languages

7. Reintegrate Wellbeing Conference in Belgium/Italy/Austria/Portugal/Sweden and European Meet up in Germany
